He has built and led several high technology companies and is responsible for generating over $2 billion in combined revenues during his career.

Prior to joining Neomar, Winters served as CEO of Fabrik, an e-CRM and digital marketing firm, and grew the company from start-up to $10 million in two years. He also held senior executive positions, including Division President of the Internet and New Media Business Unit, at Electronic Data Systems Corp (EDS) during his eleven-year tenure. Before EDS, Winters also served at Cable & Wireless PLC and Harris Corporation.

"With the global ubiquity of next generation networks and availability of integrated mobile devices, consumers and enterprises today can easily and cost-effectively gain access to their office resources from anywhere," said William R. "I am thrilled to be a part of the Infowave team and look forward to partnering with mobile operators and OEMs to offer products and services that deliver on the promise of enterprise wireless."

Tom Owen is an empowering leader who brings twelve years senior business development experience in the high technology industry to Infowave. Tom is former Vice President of Strategic Development at Neomar and has extensive experience building strategic partnerships, particularly with mobile operators and wireless device manufacturers.

Prior to Neomar, Tom was Senior Director of Business Development at Pocket.com, a company that specializes in providing B2B2C information solutions over wireless platforms. He has also held senior management positions at ProxiNet, Inc. (acquired by Puma Technologies), Enlighten Software Solutions, Inc., WebLogic, Inc. (acquired by BEA Systems), and Verity, Inc.

“Infowave’s wireless software solutions are by far the most innovative and advanced I’ve seen in today’s market,” said Tom Owen, Vice President, Business Development at Infowave. “I have a passion for creating and growing winning businesses and am eager to begin working with strategic partners to develop the market for bundled wireless offerings.”
